We aim to maintain standard lead times of 1 to 3 weeks. The chart below shows our standard lead times without plating and with plating. If you need your parts faster, let us know in your Request For Quote. Many times, we can beat out standard lead times.

The actual lead time of your part can be less or more than our standard lead times. Some of the driving forces of actual lead time are material availability, current capacity load on required equipment, and any additional tooling required. We make a conscious effort to maintain short standard lead times by employing a number of tools such as: high-tech machinery that reduces set-up time and increases production speed; digital inspection equipment to reduce inspection time; located within 30 minutes of major wire distributors, platers and heat treaters; cross-trained work force to shift labor to required operations; use lean and quick response manufacturing principles to reduce waiting time throughout the entire process. We compete on time.
