The most common compression spring is a straight cylindrical spring. There are also conical, barrel, and hourglass compression springs. Compression Spring Wire Diameter
We manufacture compression springs with a wire diameter of 0.008” up to 0.276” (0.20 mm to 7.0 mm).

Compression Spring Production
We use state-of-the-art CNC coiling machines with in-line monitoring cameras and sorters to manufacture compression springs. We grind compression springs (ground ends) with wire diameters as low as .008” and up to .276”. We take care of any Finishing required, such as stress relieve, shot peen, plate, passivate, and dye or paint. We can also assemble the compression spring into your mating part, or special pack them to prevent tangling.
