We are a custom wire form manufacturer that can create forms with a wire diameter of 0.008” all the way up to 0.500” (0.20 mm to 12.7 mm).

Wire Form Production
We use technologically advanced CNC wire formers, four-slides, tabletop benders, kick presses, and hand jigs to manufacture custom wire forms. In addition to forming your wire form, we offer Secondary Operations such as thread, chamfer, swage, drill, tap, machine, and weld.
We take care of any Finishing required, such as stress relieve, heat treat, shot peen, tumble, plate, powder coat, passivate, electropolish, dye or paint, and plastic coat. We can also assemble the wire form into your mating part, or special pack them to prevent tangling. If you wish to test your design with a Rapid Prototype, this is one of the Engineering Services that we offer.
